I loved the Harry Potter movies too. I have never seen The Golden Compass movie because every single person I know that has seen it has said it was not a good adaptation from the books. The Golden Compass and the rest of the series are right up among my absolute favorite books of all time, and I am scared of all that disappointment.

Great job with the readathon! Way to go!
